Build the local guest image before launching `ami-opensuse-leap156`:
```text
docker build --platform linux/amd64 -t floci/ami-opensuse:15.6 docker/ec2/ami-images/opensuse-leap-15.6
```
The image includes OpenSSH and the EC2 metadata proxy dependencies.
