Amazon Linux 2023 EC2 guest

Build the local guest image before launching ami-0abcdef1234567891:

docker build --platform linux/amd64 -t floci/ami-amazonlinux:2023 docker/ec2/ami-images/amazonlinux-2023

The image runs systemd, provides SSH, and uses the Amazon Linux 2023 login banner. Allow TCP 80 in an instance security group to have Floci publish an Apache service on an allocated host port.
