openSUSE Leap 15.6 EC2 guest

Build the local guest image before launching ami-opensuse-leap156:

docker build --platform linux/amd64 -t floci/ami-opensuse:15.6 docker/ec2/ami-images/opensuse-leap-15.6

The image includes OpenSSH and the EC2 metadata proxy dependencies.
